Dealers

Offer registration at your counter.

Capture coins for registration on a whitelisted terminal, operated under a laboratory’s licence.
Hand your customer a paper receipt with the claim key. The terminal is designed to keep no copy.
No keys to manage: you sign nothing on the chain and hold no key to any record. A record shows the terminal’s address, never your name.
No customer data enters the register.
Help a customer whose receipt was lost: rescan the coin, so the issuing laboratory can sign a replacement key.

Laboratories

Your examinations, on a public record.

Join the registry under the accreditation standard the registrar adopts.
Examine images, build reference profiles and sign every registration and result.
Keep a public, dated record of your examinations, with the means to extend, withdraw or replace your own statements.
Attach third-party documents to a record as signed hashes, never as content.
Licence terms cover profile continuity and the handover to a successor if a laboratory exits.

Buyers, insurers and banks

Read it without asking anyone.

Read any record directly from the chain, or through Gold ID’s lookup service. No account is needed.
See who examined a coin and when, whether a statement was withdrawn, whether a flag is raised and whether a replacement is pending.
Have a coin checked against its record: the laboratory compares a fresh capture with the registered surface profile.
